1. Non-Refundable Fees
- Once a user has paid for a membership plan, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Users are encouraged to review all plan details before making a payment.
2. No Guarantee of Match
- Paying for a membership does not guarantee a successful match or marriage.
3. Subscription & Profile Management
- Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
- If a user wishes to discontinue using the platform, they can delete or hide their profile, but no refunds will be provided.
